These terms govern your use of the HintFlow application and website. By creating an account or using HintFlow, you agree to them.

1. What HintFlow is

HintFlow is a preparation tool for job interviews and assessments — practice questions, mock interview rounds, live practice prompts, and drills. It is built to be used before the interview that matters, as a rehearsal room. It is a study aid, not a substitute for your own preparation and judgment, and it is not a service for getting through a real interview you are not prepared for.

2. Your account

You need a valid email to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account. New accounts receive a one-off gift of credits; these are for evaluation and have no cash value. One account may be created per device, so that the signup gift cannot be farmed.

3. Acceptable use

HintFlow is intended for practice and preparation. You agree not to use it to obtain undisclosed assistance during a real interview, examination, proctored assessment, or any process where such assistance is prohibited. You are solely responsible for complying with the rules of any process you take part in. We may suspend accounts used in violation of this section.

4. Credits, memberships & payments

Some features are free; others cost credits or are included with a membership. What each plan includes and the price are shown at the point of purchase.

• Credits are a balance on your account, spent when you start a session that requires them. Credits do not expire. They have no cash value and are not exchangeable for money.
• Memberships are passes, not subscriptions. A membership is sold as a fixed 30-day or 90-day pass. Nothing renews automatically and you are never charged again without buying again. When a pass expires, access to its features simply stops and you may buy another.
• Payment is handled by our payment provider. Prices are quoted in US dollars; where you pay in another currency, the amount is converted at the time your order is created.

5. Refunds

Refund terms are described at purchase. Because memberships do not auto-renew, there is no recurring charge to cancel. Where a separate Refund Policy applies, it forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

HintFlow, its software, and its question bank are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them for your personal preparation; you may not resell, redistribute, or scrape them.

7. Your content and your practice history

Your practice sessions remain yours. When you are signed in, transcripts and reports are stored on our servers so you can read your history from any of your devices; we process them only to provide the service. What is and is not stored is set out in our Privacy Policy. Do not put material into HintFlow that you are not allowed to disclose, such as an employer's confidential information.

8. AI-generated output

Answers, hints, scores and reports are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Review and verify everything before you rely on it. See our Disclaimer.

9. Service "as is"; limitation of liability

HintFlow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of any interview, exam, or hiring decision.

10. Termination

You may stop using HintFlow at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
